Insurance
Currently, I am in network with Premera Blue Cross, Regence BlueShield, United Health Care/United Behavioral Health/Optum, First Choice Health Network, and Kaiser Permanente (PPO plans only). For those with all other plans, I can provide a detailed invoice you may use to submit for reimbursement from your out of network benefits on a monthly basis.
Rates
My rate is $225 per hour for a 50-minute therapy session.
I do offer a sliding scale for certain individuals, based on need.
